Job Description and Responsibilities:
PROJECT ENGINEER
We are seeking a full-time Project Engineer in our Thermal / Simulations department in York, PA. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker capable of investigating and developing new testing areas.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
Develop and implement advances to current testing
- NFRC garage doors
- NFRC entry doors
- Tubular Daylighting Devices
Investigate potential new test areas
- In-situ Energy Testing
- Whole Building Energy Modeling
- ENERGYSTAR Appliances
- Photovoltaics
- Wind Turbines
- Other Energy Related Opportunities
Run / create custom test setups as required
- In-situ Condensation Evaluations
- Environmental Exposure
- Custom Simulation
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience sourcing, manufacturing and establishing testing programs for products
- Strong aptitude for project management utilizing multiple resources to achieve multiple goals and deadlines
